Returns
All Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. If faulty or incorrectly shipped items, contact customer service within 7 days of the package
arrival date. The faulty or incorrectly shipped items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (bags, wrapping, etc.). The item/s must be unharmed, unworn or unaltered. If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Shipping
We are currently shipping items worldwide. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates and delivery vary by location. With exception of pre-order items, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery within the U.S. (International Shipping may vary). Please allow 4-10 weeks process time for pre-orders in addition to shipping. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.

In no event shall we, our affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or content or service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or directly or indirectly related to the use/misuse of , or the inability to use, the site or the content, materials and function related thereto, including, without limitation, loss of revenue, or anticipated profits, or lost business, data or sales, or cost of substitute services, even if we or our representative or such individual has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
